Our Aims

To promote person centred care and ensure independence is encouraged.

To provide a quality service in both personal and domestic care within the service user’s home.

To offer all our staff a high quality of training and offer further education within the Care Certificate, NVQ levels 2, 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care.

Our Objectives

To meet the assessed needs of our clients and basing their care around their needs and their wishes.

Respecting each individual's right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfiment and their right to make an infomred choices based on risk assessments.

To ensure that all service users receive a copy of our Service User Guide which outlines the organisation's policy and procedure for handling complaints, comments and compliments.

All of the team has an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check carried out by the police before commencing within the company.
